Our History
SK Renovation and Builders Cleaning is a family owned business which was founded back in 1985 by Joe Abbas. The company has always only focused on cleaning for construction sites and quickly became the recommended cleaning contractor for large construction firms like John Holland and St Hilliers.
Our Team
Khaled Abbas - Co Owner and Director
Khaled has over 30 years experience in the cleaning industry and started cleaning with his father Joe Abbas (founder) from a very young age. He took full ownership of the company in 2004 and the company has gone from strength to strength since then.
Bernard Pasfield - Supervisor
Bernard has been with the company for 3 years and has over10 years experience in the building industry as a builder and project manager. He is charge of managing the cleaners and spends most of his time onsite ensuring the cleaning scope and customer expectations are met
Vanessa Strbek- Marketing & Admin
Vanessa started in the company as a cleaner for 3 years and transitioned into managing all the back office and marketing duties for the company. She is also responsible for scheduling the cleaners and liaising with construction project managers
